It is certainly true that exercise is a vital part of being fit and healthy but it is not all there is to being fit and healthy. Real fitness is more than just going for a run or lifting weights once in a while. You need to make smart choices in all areas of your life if you truly want to get fit. As you get older, leading a healthy lifestyle and being in good shape becomes more important.
